Okay. Speaking of, this idea goes towards everyone--LAY OFF KAT. Okay? I don't care WHAT you think of her, if you're a member of her site, you need to respect her. I'm not going to lie here, there was a point in time when I had quite a bit against Kat. In other words, I strongly disliked her. Nonetheless, I have had a change in my mindset, I like Kat. She's super cool. And sure, we're all going to have things that we like and dislike about people, some more than others, guess what? Get the hell over it. Yeah. That's right. I said it. If you feel so strongly against the way she runs her site, great. Go make your own. I can almost guarantee that you can't make a site with as much popularity as hers has that will also be recognized by James Patterson and, quite possibly, others of higher standards. Have I thought of quitting the site? Of course I have. Why haven't I? A.) I'm too lazy. B.) I have full confidence that I have no chance of being able to make a site as well as Kat has. and C.) I. Want. This. Yes. I'm selfish. As I've said before, get over it. And this isn't directed to all of you. For example Elly--her comment was not meant to be malicious. It was just a suggestion, as was the one from whoever mentioned the banner...I don't recall who that was, but it was great. Comments that are meant to help are fantastic. Whoever was, for lack of a better term, bashing me and Kat, once again, I don't quite recall who it was, I don't get why. Yeah, bash me all you want, I gave you an invite, but this is NOT some place you can come to rant all of your pent up emotions about someone who has put so much time, effort, energy, and MONEY into getting SOMEONE, people she doesn't even know, an audition for a movie. BE THANKFUL.

LOL! Yeah, there was a point I didn't like you much either (basically because of the overconfidence thing because I've had way too many people like that in my life). And sorry for not getting to that other video - that first one was a nightmare from hell. O.o;
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the post in my defense. There's tons of times where I question why the hell I'm doing what I'm doing, but then I remember how awesome you guys are and say, "hey, this is totally worth it."
And is it bad that I've been checking your blog once or twice a day to see if you've posted anything new? :P Take that to mean that you're a good/interesting blogger, as I don't tend to check on stuff like that often.
